Bigalora will be hosting it’s first ever Pizza Slam! October 14th from 3-7 PM. Tickets are $50 per person. Proceeds from the event will go to Detroit Dog Rescue.

The epic showdown features, Chef James Rigato (Mabel Gray), Chef John Vermiglio (Grey Ghost), Chef Brad Greenhill (Takoi), and Chef Kate Williams (Lady of the House) all going against Bigalora’s own Chef Luciano DelSignore.

Each chef will be provided with Bigalora’s 72-hour fermented pizza dough and their mission is to create an amazing pizza. The winner(s) will be decided by celebrity judges (Ann Delisi – Essential Music, WDET, Mojo, Spike and Shannon – Mojo in the Morning, Channel 955, Mark Kurlyandchik – Restaurant Critic, Detroit Free Press).  Guests in attendance will vote for the people’s choice.

Bigalora will provide strolling food along with a non-alcoholic beverage. Our bar will be open.
