DAOU Wine Dinner
Please join us for our April 6 wine dinner honoring The Daou Family Estates, with our curated menu that tributes the sunny 86 hectare hilltop vineyards in the Adelaida District of Paso Robles in California.
DAOU Vineyards was founded by Georges and Daniel Daou brothers in 2007, the cabernets and other wines attract serious attention worldwide.
“It is the finest 100 percent Cabernet Sauvignon I’ve tasted from Paso Robles and it will stand toe-to-toe with the best coming out of Napa.” says the Wine Advocate. “One of the 16 best wines in the world,” writes the Robb Report.
The fabulous night at Bacco includes our multicourse dinner with guest speaker Matt Hancharick, division manager of the DAOU family, sharing stories of these romantic hilltop wines and the exciting news about the vineyards the brothers are also developing in Tuscany. Patrimony itself is being poured that evening – which is the new highly allocated and 100 point wine.
